Vindaloo is unsuitable for dogs, it's one of the spiciest common Indian curries, built on a base of garlic, dried red chillies, and vinegar, none of which are appropriate for a dog's digestion.
Why Vindaloo Is Caution for Dogs
Vindaloo is a fiery Goan curry, traditionally made with pork (though also chicken or lamb versions exist), vinegar, and a very hot chilli-garlic paste.
The dish's defining heat comes from a generous garlic-and-chilli paste, and the vinegar marinade adds significant acidity on top of that, garlic alone is toxic to dogs, and the extreme spice level of vindaloo is well beyond what any dog's stomach should be exposed to.
